She understands that a long-distance relationship is bound to be doomed, and sets up a fun idea for Aidan so they can remember all the good times that they had together and decide if they want to stay together or break up.

It is the perfect book to cure you from a reading slump. Smith has created a light read that will appeal to many fans of the contemporary genre. There is enough drama to keep the contemporary reader interested and just the right amount of romance. The plot in the book is very laid back, which makes it such a perfect beach read. Smith addresses the fact that there are many difficult decisions in life, like college, and that sometimes the right decision is the hard one. In most books, the characters have no worries about their future together, which is actually nothing like real life. It tells the story of Clare and Aidan, who are heading to two different colleges and must decide if they want to break up or stay together.
